Time 'n zombie killer

The game has it's qualities and some flaws, but it eats your time away ^^
The space/futuristic theme worked quite well. The item-system, at first, looked confusing, but once you got used to it, it worked. Some more "clear" icons/logos/pictures would have been good ^^
The ability to specialize your weapon(s) was really good. Although, the way you'd optain upgrades could have been a bit better. Possibly, you could change it so you'd "unlock" upgrades and weapons by finding them in the levels, while a few (already implemented) was only optainable by scavenging.
Having energy-based weapons, which would recharge by themselves when empty, is great :D A "manual reload" might have been good, though. I'd often run into a room, well knowing i have only one shot before the auto-reload, and all the energy packs have been used ^^
There was a lack of visual content. The rooms and zombies, in themselves, looked fine, but a bit more variation and some obstacles would have been in place. As others have said, the "only" strategy available is running in cirkles around the zombies, firing into the crowd, adding to the repertetiveness (same rooms all the times between sectors, only 4 zombie models, colours uncounted, same music constantly).
[Bug] Sometimes, when you just enter a room, some zombies turn the opposite way. It's hardly noticable in the early levels, but it's clear to see when you stand up against those who shoot back, where they shoot the opposite way. At times, they even run backwards for a short.
Maybe, a story behind the infestation would have been in place, and the ability to continue to play after sector 5, level 6, just to work up a score and rank achievements might have been fun :)
All in all, a fairly good game. 4/5 8/10 from me.

A true revival!

This is a great take on a good, old and still fantastic classic. It really puts your reflexes to the test!
I tried all 3 difficulties, and you can REALLY feel there's a difference in the AI's responsiveness.

4 things i'd wish:
- Some instructions about the abilities BEFORE they arrive on the screen. At first i thought: "Okay, there's comming a lot of small bals flying from my side, but... WHY IS "HE" SENDING A BIG ONE?!? HELP?!?!" X3
- More music ^^ Popcorn is a great choise yeah, but pwease, moar!
- Less blur ^^ Yeah i know you've already reduced it, but, just a bit more, kay? ^^
- A little "bug"? When you pause the game, those "tracks" that the balls make dissapeer, so you don't know which way they're going, untill right after you've un-pause.

5/5 - 9/10 ^^

Nice n' bloody!

At first when i read the (short) description (and other in-game stuff), i thought it would be somewhat a "Total Overdose"-clone, but i was positively suprised i must say, since it's more in a "kill opponents as bloody as possible-style" than "kill, and do it tricktastic-style".
Anywho, filled with high quality gore, the medals give some point at what you're achieving with the otherwise senseless murder for the sake of survival (not to mention the somewhat funny medal-names), great sounds and bgmusic, and the weapons work well. Of course, some are more effective than others, and some require skill/strategy to use efficiently. Personally, the dual-capable weapons are a bit tricky, when you are trying to get a single-gun medal, but i guess you could just throw the second one at someone while keeping the lead flying ^^
Somewhere along the line, i feel there's something missing although. Therefore, a 5/5 and a 9/10. Keep it up!

Great!

I never tried any kind of MUD before, but this catches me :)
The gameplay in it becomes somewhat "brainwork", with YOU having to emagine your surroundings (and hey, if you're good at emagining, it surely beats ANY grafics computer-made).
However, i keep stumpling on this bugger:

"The corpse of a mangy rat lies here."
"A pool of spilled blood lies here."
"sacrifice 'corpse [0;33ma mangy rat[0m[1;34m'"
"You can't find it."
The two in top are links. If i try to use the "corpse"-link, and then sacrifice it, the third line shows up. However, if i manually type "sacrifice rat", it works.

Otherwise, a great (in reality) game!

Well..

Evil bug. I played (and won) a few rounds, then ONCE, i am killed. Next round, my caracter doesn't react. at "moves", bu it gets nowhere, and can't plant bombs.
I tried exiting and trying again, but the bug remained.
Anywho, nice try. Hopefully you kill all the bugs in the end ^^

Some remote he has...

Really great game :) There's almost nothing i can say, that haven't been said.
I although had somewhat of an error while playing. Sometimes, the game just locked up, not responding at all, while still running. At about wave 60, these lockups became more frequent. At about 75-80, the lockups where that bad, that my pc started making beeps for every button or move with the mouse i made O.o And it took about 20-25 seconds to at least respond. And the game? Unaltered pace, still running smoothly as nothing happened.
I have NO idea if it is some sorta bug, or just my laptop getting rusty, but i think it would be safe to check up on, just in case ;)
Anyways, great game, smooth animation, addictive strategy!

Not bad

The theme is quite good, although there's room for improvement. (more weapons, enemies maybe? I dunno) It's very short, but still fun :)
And btw, lvl 20 isn't impossible, but it's damn difficult to get the last coin! XD
Good that you're basically invulnerable (when you count out the balloons, of course!), and can just sit on a enemy turret :)

"The power is in your hands"

Heh, first review ever ^^
You've made a amazing game here, which can be played more than once, and still show something new (unless you've used a whole day on one game, just for the heck of it).

SOUNDS:
Great voice-acts, effective FX. I was a bit surprised over the sound of the lasers, but guess that's just good. All the dialogues spices the game up with some (evil) humor! (Insert evil Mastermind-laugh!)
VISUAL:
Quite smooth (in comparison to that my laptop is a slow ground-hugger XD), and convincing. Interface and menu looks and works great. Simple in a advanced way, and it works. The feeling of evil scheming has been achived!
GAMEPLAY:
The tutorial works - It tells you the basics, and let's you experiment the rest. (Although, the ending of the tut. telling about Patsy's and so seemed a bit overwhelming at first, but just ignore that ;))
Rest of the game... Well, i don't know what to say. "The power is in your hands" feeling enhances the game. The difficulty is very balanced, although the clever player could easely leap foreward the oponent-nations technology. It could be cool with an extra difficulty-setting, just to further challange the ones who've managed to wreck havoc with no sweat.
OTHER:
I only experienced the first two bugs you mentioned, so i guess you killed the "Tutorial Freeze". Also, i think i found the cause of the "Infinite Attack Bug". Sometimes, the enemy infantry units chickens out and just runs for cover. Most of the time, they'll just hit theborder of the map and go no further. But in certain circumstances, they manage to run out of the map, and stay out there. (I managed to spot the bastard running away! CHICKEN!) Sometimes your patrolling units will run in the direction of the straggler, but apperantly whithout killing him, probertly because he's too far away.
SUMMARY:
Fantastic game! Combines a bit of serious with humor, and strategy with action and defence.
I give you a 5/5, and a 10/10 (was pondering on a 10/9 for the few bugs, but guess it not that much of a concern after all, since they really don't mess up the game).
